User Acquisition Expert for Mobile Apps (Android)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled UA Specialist to enhance our app visibility and drive user acquisition on the Android platform. You will manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, Unity, Mintegral, Applovin, and TikTok, with a strong focus on ASO and performance-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities:

ASO / Analyse: Analyse the application market on Google Play and identify keyword and conversion opportunities.

Improve conversion and optimise display on Google Play, including store listings, icons, screenshots, and preview videos.

Plan marketing for each app product — find users through mobile advertising channels: Google, Facebook, ASA, Unity, Mintegral, Applovin, TikTok.

Optimise content and performance index of digital campaigns for Mobile App products on Android.

Analyse user data to find suitable high-value users and define targeting strategies.

Work with partners to optimise marketing campaign effectiveness according to strategic goals.

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to optimise app titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals (icons, screenshots, videos).

Analyse app store performance data to inform and update optimisation strategies.

Collaborate with the design team to create app store creatives (icons, screenshots, etc.) that improve conversion rates.

Stay updated on ASO trends, new features in app stores, and algorithm changes.

Develop strategies for increasing app downloads and user engagement.

Test and implement different creative variations to improve ranking and performance.

Monitor and report on app rankings, keyword performance, and app reviews to continuously improve app visibility.
Requirements:

At least 3 years verifiable experience running ads on advertising platforms for Mobile Apps, with a solid grasp of Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of ASO tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, etc.

Experience with A/B testing and performance tracking of app store assets.

Ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge of ASO best practices is a plus.

Passionate and have long-term development goals in Performance Marketing.

Priority will be given to those with experience working with data and analysing user behaviour.
